Western National offers a number of easy ways for you to report your claim. A good first step is to report your claim directly to your Independent Insurance Agent, who can guide you through the reporting process. (You can use our Agent Locator to find your agent's phone number.)
If you are unable to report the claim to your agent, you may choose to report it directly to Western National. To report a claim (other than Auto Glass) by mail, phone, fax, or online form, see the information below. We will respond to all claims reported outside of business hours within the next business day.
