New Bill Design

Beginning August 17, 2015, we’re updating the design of our commercial lines bill with a new look-and-feel that will make it easier to read while also providing more detailed information to our policyholders. Features of the new bill include:

  • An easy-to-read bill summary located at the top of the invoice

  • Agency and Western National contact information

  • Details for online, phone, mail, and automatic payment options

  • A perforated payment stub to be included with the payment, now conveniently located at the bottom of the first page

  • A form to enroll in Automatic Pay located on the back of the payment stub

  • Informational messages from Western National

  • Current balance details
