PAY BY CHECK OR CREDIT CARD

For Individuals & Families:

• Annual policies - Installments will be 50% of the term premium each and will be due on the 1st and 180th days of your policy term.
• Six-month policies - Installments will be 50% of the term premium each and will be due on the 1st and 90th days of your policy term.

For Businesses:

• New business and renewal premiums will be billed 50% of the term premium semi-annually. If your second installment has not been billed, any endorsements processed will be divided in half (with 50% billing immediately and the other 50% billing with the second installment).
