Stuart Henderson Named Chairman of National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies
(Minneapolis, Minn.) Western National Insurance Group (WNIG) of Edina, Minn., today announced that Stuart Henderson, J.D., CPCU, president and CEO of Western National Insurance Group, was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC) during the 119th Annual Convention in National Harbor, Md. Henderson has served on the NAMIC Board of Directors since 2009.
“As Chairman, I look forward to working with other members of the Board and NAMIC as a whole to support our industry,” said Henderson. “I thank NAMIC for the opportunity to serve its members and the industry in this new capacity.”
The National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC), headquartered in Indianapolis, Ind., is the largest property-casualty insurance trade association in the nation. The association strives to support its 1,400 member companies and the property-casualty insurance industry through advocacy, public affairs, public policy, and member services.
