Update: Western National Announces Change to Policy Printing for Commercial Lines
Dear Agency Partner,
As you may recall from a communication last week, Western National Insurance is changing our document print procedure and we will no longer print the Policyholder copy for all Commercial Lines policy documents. This upcoming change is being implemented to reduce the potential for errors and omissions (E&O) as well as reduce confusion related to the number of policy copies between policyholders and agents.
This change will be effective January 24, 2021. In the coming weeks, we will provide resources and information to assist our agency partners and customers with this upcoming change.
All policy documents can be found online by logging into AgentsOnline. We will continue to print and send (via U.S. Mail) ID cards for auto policies, additional insured copies, and all billing documents. As a reminder, policyholders can access all their documents at any time by logging into MyAccount.
