An Update on Western National Policy Printing for Commercial Lines
Dear Agency Partner,
We recently announced that we were changing our document print policies. As Western National Insurance is committed to proactively seeking ways to streamline day-to-day procedures for our agents and policyholders, we have decided to pause making this change until we have a more robust electronic solution. We will not be moving forward with eliminating the printed Policyholder copy for Commercial Lines policy documents at this time.
We will continue our efforts to develop a workable solution for launching e-documents. In the meantime, we have included some information regarding accessing updates to policyholder information as a resource.

- The Daily Agent E-mail: this daily digest includes information on transactions, account statements, and cancellations. If you do not currently receive this email, or would like additional information regarding this email, please contact your Regional Agency Manager.
- Accessing Policyholder Documents: As a reminder, full policy documents can be found online by logging into AgentsOnline.
