Western National Iowa Homeowner Program Rate Revision – Eff. 4-1-2021
Western National is actively seeking ways to enhance the audit review process and how best to communicate audit results to our agency partners. Based on your feedback we are pleased to announce that we are updating our General Liability Audit Declaration Page. This update will increase clarity by providing our agency partners with expanded details for each client’s Commercial Lines general liability audit.
As of March 5, 2021, we have added three columns to the general liability declaration page to provide you with information on previous premiums, total premiums, and additional / return premiums. This update is one more way Western National is working to enhance our agency partners’ customer experience. We have included an example of the updates you will see as a part of the general liability declaration audit page below:
