An Update on Report Ordering for Personal Lines Agents
Dear Agency Partner,
To continue providing you with quality and timely reports and service, please note that we are implementing a report processing window. Starting today, reports ordered in AgentsOnline between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. CT will be processed after 3:00 p.m. CT. We ask that you please avoid requesting a report more than once during this processing window, as it will create a duplicate report at 3:00 p.m. CT. The list of impacted reports is available below.
