Western National’s Updated Payment Policy for Mortgage-Billed Policies
Western National is updating the payment policy for mortgage-billed policies for commercial lines and personal lines. Beginning today, March 23, Western National will not accept credit card payments from third parties. Credit card payments will no longer be an option in AgentsOnline for mortgage-billed policies.
We will continue to accept bank account (ACH) payments and agency sweep for these policies through AgentsOnline. If a policyholder with a mortgage-billed policy would like to make a credit card paymentusing their personal or business credit card, they can contact our Customer Relationship Center at (800) 352-2772 to make the payment.
Please note that credit card payments through AgentsOnline will continue to be accepted for nonmortgage-billed policies.
