An Update on Claims Processes & COVID-19 at Western National

During the unprecedented COVID-19 outbreak, the Western National Insurance Claims Team considers the health and safety of our employees, vendors, and policyholders of the utmost importance. We also recognize that our policyholders rely on us to promptly handle claims that may be disruptive to their daily lives.

Throughout this time, Western National will continue to use our staff and approved Independent Adjusters/Appraisers for property inspections and auto estimates. We will work on a case-by-case basis to determine if the claim can be resolved using photos, video conferencing, or other virtual capabilities.

Property Losses
Most auto inspections are done outdoors, and the appraiser is able to maintain an acceptable distance. At this time, Western National does not foresee any necessary changes to our current auto appraisal process.
