Safeguarding Our Customers’ Sensitive Information


In this digital age, where identify theft and data breaches have become more common and on a much larger scale, it has become even more crucial to ensure that our customers’ sensitive information is secure. At Western National, we collect customer’s information, including addresses, birthdates, credit information, and more, to be used solely for underwriting purposes.

As an Independent Insurance Agent, you have access to this information, but only for purposes of helping find the right insurance coverage for your customer. This information should always be accessed securely and never be used for purposes other than those outlined above.

In accordance with both the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Drivers Privacy Protection Act (DPPA), your customer’s sensitive information is protected from release or use by unauthorized parties. The Western National Privacy Policy outlines the ways in which we utilize your customer’s data. This document (IL CW 0013 09 22) is included in each new business and renewal policy and can be found in the Coverage Form section in AgentsOnline.
