Update: New Personal Lines Billing Inquiry Now Available

We are pleased to announce that the updated version of Personal Lines Billing Inquiry is now available on AgentsOnline. As a reminder, our new Personal Lines Billing Inquiry system (located under the “Make Payments & View Billing Information” header in AgentsOnline) gives you an updated interface with improved search and navigation for increased efficiency in serving your clients’ personal lines billing needs. (This update provides Personal Lines Billing Inquiry with a similar look-and-feel and overall experience to that of our recently revised systems for Claims Inquiry, Policy Inquiry, and Commercial Lines Billing Inquiry.)

For the best experience when using the updated Personal Lines Billing Inquiry, we suggest clearing the cache in your internet browser before you start using the updated system. This will ensure you see the most up-to-date information. Instructions for clearing the cache in your browser are available here for Chrome and here for Internet Explorer. We also recommend using the most detailed search terms when searching by policyholder or company/bond name.

In addition, all AgentsOnline users can now access the site using any web browser — including Google Chrome, Apple Safari, and Mozilla FireFox — rather than being limited to just specific versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer.
