Reminder: Regular Billing for Western National Will Resume June 1, 2020

Dear Agency Partner,

As a reminder, Western National has been holding cancellations for non-payment of premium. Beginning June 1, we will resume regular billing and cancellation procedures. Policyholders with past due accounts can expect the following depending on the status of their payments and amount owed:

You can find information about pending cancellations by accessing AgentsOnline. For Personal Lines, select Loss Runs & Reports in the “Other Resources Section” and then select Agency Transaction Listing Report. For Commercial Lines, please review the list sent daily to your agency Commercial Lines Underwriting Contact.

If a list of policies that are past due would be helpful, please contact your Regional Agency Manager.
