Important Information About Upcoming Payment Processing Change

The vendor we have relied on for payment processing for many years is discontinuing their services. To fill this gap, we have spent the last several months integrating a new vendor and are now ready to begin the gradual transition to our new payment processor, InvoiceCloud. There will be minor changes that may impact you and our mutual customers. Please be aware of the following change:

Beginning today, Tuesday, May 28, we will be moving away from taking credit card payments over the phone. To make credit card payments, customers will be redirected to alternative credit card payment options, including our policyholder portal, MyAccount. Customers will also have the option to use our new convenient text message payment feature, which allows them to make credit card payments using a secure link sent by text message from our Customer Relationship Center. Agency partners will be referred to AgentsOnline to process credit card payments on behalf of our mutual policyholders.

Information about other minor changes impacting you and / or our mutual customers will be shared as they are rolled out.
