Western National Dwelling Property Program and Rate Revision – Eff. 7-1-2018
We recently completed a regular review of Western National’s Dwelling Property insurance program. As a result of this review, as well as feedback from agency partners like you, the following program enhancements and updates are effective July 1, 2018.
Common Loss Deductible – WN IL 07 07 18
When a policyholder has more than one policy (Dwelling Property, Homeowner, and/or Personal Auto) insured with Western National, only the single highest deductible is applicable whenever an occurrence involves more than one policy.
Limited Water Back-Up and Sump Discharge or Overflow Coverage – WN DP 19 07 18
This form has been revised to add exceptions to the 30-day waiting period provisions. The waiting period will not apply for newly purchased dwellings or if similar water back-up coverage was provided on the policyholder’s previous policy.
Exclusion – Other Structures – WN DP 33 07 18
This optional endorsement can be used to exclude designated other structures.

Rate Revision
Effective July 1, 2018, the following rate revisions will apply to all new and renewal policies.
