Commercial Lines Expansion – New State Availability
As part of our continued growth strategy and commitment to supporting our agency partners, we are excited to announce the expansion of our commercial lines footprint into additional states throughout 2026. These additions will allow us to better support existing customer relationships with multi-state operations while also creating new opportunities within our underwriting appetite.
Effective July 1, 2026, the following states will be available for new business:
- Colorado – Available for accounts domiciled in one of our core states* that have additional exposures or operations in Colorado.
- Nebraska – Available for Nebraska-domiciled businesses that fit within our current underwriting appetite. Due to weather-related exposures, stricter property underwriting guidelines will apply.
Effective August 1, 2026, the following states will be available for new business:
- Indiana – Available for Indiana-domiciled businesses that fit within our current underwriting appetite.
- Missouri - Available for accounts domiciled in one of our core states* that have additional exposures or operations in Missouri.
*Core states include Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin.
Please note that specialty lines products will not be available in these states at this time.
