Security Update: Multi-Factor Authentication for Policyholder and Agent Portals Coming Soon

Dear agency partners,

Western National will introduce multi-factor authentication (MFA) tomorrow, June 24, 2026.

As part of our ongoing commitment to account security, all agents will be prompted to set up MFA during their next login to AgentsOnline. This enhanced login process will also streamline password management for personal lines agents by eliminating the need to update comparative rater credentials after changing an AgentsOnline password.
