Coming Soon – Western National’s New Policy System

Western National is excited to announce the upcoming launch of Guidewire as our new policy system for commercial lines in Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.

With our move to the Guidewire platform, we will be transforming the online experience for our agents, policyholders, and our internal teams. This new platform will bring enhanced functionality and ease of use and will allow Western National to better serve you, our agency partners, and provide increased system flexibility.

A few of the new features that will be available to you in the coming months include the following:

Application Upload for all commercial lines of business

Data prefill via new integrations

Loss runs upload for all commercial lines of business

First Notice of Loss entry

We will provide updates as we get closer to the release of our commercial lines products and additional features. Also, you will receive an email regarding training opportunities from your Regional Agency Manager.
