Updated Timeline: Western National Announces Change to Document Print Procedures
Dear Agency Partners,
We sent out a communication on June 23 announcing that Western National will be changing our procedures for printing documents and policies. The original launch date of July 12, 2020 is postponed as we work to make these changes align with the needs of you, our agency partners and our internal stakeholders.
We will provide additional updates as we get closer to our launch date, which we expect will take place in early fall. At this time and as originally communicated, we will be eliminating the printed agent copy for all Commercial Lines policy documents. Not only will this reduce paper consumption but it will eliminate the need to compare the agent copy with the insured copy. Full policy documents will still be located in AgentsOnline. We will continue to print and send auto ID cards, additional insured copies, and all billing documents.
