Notice: Payment Issue in AgentsOnline

Please note that there is currently an issue with billing functionality within AgentsOnline. This is resulting in some agency users being unable to make payments to policyholder accounts and policies. Our team is actively working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. To restore payment functionality and minimize disruption while this issue is being reviewed, we are temporarily returning to the previous version of our Billing Inquiry system in AgentsOnline. This will allow agency users to make payments as they had done prior to the Billing Inquiry update that occurred last week.

To make a payment on a policyholder account or policy, please temporarily resume using the “View / Pay Bill” button as seen below:



After clicking the “View / Pay Bill” button, you will then have the option to choose which line of business you want to access—just as you did with the previous billing function—as seen below:



Next, you will be able to search for your policyholder to access their billing information and the payment option as you were able to do prior to last week’s update.
