Western National Homeowner Program Adds Additional Amount of Insurance Option for Functional Replacement Cost – Eff. 10-1-2020

As a result of direct feedback from you, our agency partners, we are offering an Additional Amount of Insurance option to the Functional Replacement Cost endorsement. We appreciate your insights and are pleased to deliver on your requests for coverage enhancements.

Functional Replacement Cost Loss Settlement Terms with Additional Amount of Insurance (WN HO 113 10 20)

Effective October 1, 2020, you will have the option to select an additional amount of insurance of 10% or the new 25% of the Coverage A limit (when the loss exceeds the coverage amount). This optional coverage is available in our Standard Homeowner program for homes insured at 100% of their functional replacement cost.
