Redownload Button Now Available for Commercial Policy Download
We’ve heard your feedback, and we’re pleased to announce that Western National has added a redownload button for commercial policy download in AgentsOnline. You can now redownload the most recent policy transaction with the click of a button. When you click the redownload button, the most recent policy transaction will be included in your next batch of downloads from Western National.
You can access this new button in the “View Policies” area of AgentsOnline. The button is located under the “Policy Transactions” section on the “Policy Summary” page. For your convenience, there are two buttons on the page—one before the list of transactions and one after the list of transactions. You can click either button.
