Western National Announces Change to Policy Printing for Commercial Lines

Dear Agency Partner,

Western National Insurance continues to find ways to simplify processes for our agents and policyholders while implementing eco-friendly practices. As you may recall from a previous communication this year, we are changing our document print procedures based on agency feedback. This upcoming change will help reduce the potential for errors and omissions (E&O) as well as reduce confusion related to the number of policy copies between policyholders and agents.

Earlier in 2020, Western National stopped printing the Agent’s copy for all commercial policies. As of January 10, 2021, we will no longer print the Policyholder copy for all Commercial Lines policy documents. All policy documents can be found online by logging into AgentsOnline. We will continue to print and send (via U.S. Mail) ID cards for auto policies, additional insured copies, and all billing documents. As a reminder, policyholders can access all their documents at any time by logging into MyAccount.

This change is part of our overall effort at Western National to enhance the document experience for our agency partners and customers, and to move to a more-eco-friendly approach by reducing paper. This is also the first step to the future implementation of e-document delivery at Western National.

Thank you for your continued partnership with Western National. If you have any questions, please contact the Customer Relationship Center at 1-800-352-2772.
