Update to Umialik’s Notice of Intent to Cancel Sending Process

Umialik recently updated the process for sending out Notice of Intent to Cancel documents for Commercial Lines policies. As part of the update, our agency partners now receive a physical copy of the Notice of Intent to Cancel documents we send out. These documents currently come with an envelope, but we will be excluding the envelope for agency copies going forward.

Please note that we are still sending the notices directly to policyholders. The copy you receive is for your records only, and it should not be forwarded to the policyholder.
