Contacting Umialik Staff During Anchorage Office Closure Period
Dear Agency Partner,
As you know, Anchorage Mayor Ethan Berkowitz issued an emergency order requiring businesses within the Municipality of Anchorage to shut their premises. Although Umialik’s physical office is closed at this time, we are fully operational and our staff remain dedicated to serving you throughout these unprecedented and challenging times. With the benefit of preparation, our staff is properly equipped to work remotely. As a result, we expect uninterrupted access to the people, systems, and services on which you and your clients rely from Umialik.
While our physical office is closed, we encourage you to contact Umialik staff directly using the Umialik Staff Directory available here. You may continue to contact Umialik using our main office phone number, though please note that response times may not be as immediate and that you may be asked to leave a voicemail. We are checking our messages regularly and are returning any missed calls as soon as possible.
