Now Available – New Personal Auto Products and System
Umialik’s new Select Auto and Signature Auto products are now available, along with our new system for Personal Auto quoting and policy writing. The products and new system will be available for new and renewal business with effective dates of May 19 and later. These new products are a great opportunity to appeal to a broad base of customers with new coverage offerings and expanded eligibility.
Our new products and new system can be accessed through AgentsOnline when quoting an auto policy with a May 19 effective date or later. Any business quoted with an effective date prior to May 19 will use our current Penalty Free product and be in our current system. As we are in the final stages of obtaining approval from the state, quoted rates may be subject to slight modification, and policies cannot be issued until we receive final approval.
Please note: We are unable to honor new business quotes for our Penalty Free product with an effective date of May 19 or later due to state statutes. All new business with an effective date of May 19 or later must be quoted as Select Auto or Signature Auto.
As part of the rollout of this new system, we are taking the opportunity to update and enhance our AgentsOnline login process. You should have received an email notification this morning from noreply@umialik.com to update your credentials. If you did not receive this email, please contact the Customer Relationship Center at (800) 251-3563 for assistance. As a reminder, the URL for AgentsOnline has been updated to portal.umialik.com. Please update and/or create a bookmark for this new portal login page.
In order to ensure you have all the information you need about the new products and system, we have created a Personal Lines Toolbox. This toolbox includes answers to frequently asked questions and links to the Advisor, new marketing materials, and everything you need to know – in one convenient place! Be sure to bookmark this page, as it will be useful for you in the coming weeks.
