Umialik Now Offers Designated Unmanned Aircraft Coverage and Inspection Liability Limited Coverage
We are pleased to announce that Umialik has expanded our offerings to include Designated Unmanned Aircraft Coverage and Inspection Liability Limited Coverage for new and renewal commercial business, effective immediately. Please see below for details.
Limited Coverage for Designated Unmanned Aircraft
The new Designated Unmanned Aircraft Coverage is designed to provide contractors, photographers, and others who have the professional need for incidental use of drones, with additional protection for their business.
This coverage offers limited incidental Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability insurance coverage to licensed commercial drone operators. Several coverage limits are available ($100,000, $500,000, or $1 million) and coverage is subject to a $1,000 deductible at all limits.

Inspection Liability Limited Coverage
As an enhancement to our Commercial General Liability Coverage, the new Inspection Liability Limited Coverage offers additional risk management for your insureds. Please note that this coverage is only available for Septic classes of business.
This coverage has limits of $100,000, $250,00, $500,000, or $1 million and is subject to a $1,000 deductible at all limits. For more details, click here to view the Inspection Liability Limited Coverage form (CG CW 0003).
