Personal Lines Onboarding & FAQ Website Now Available

We recently released a new Personal Lines Onboarding & FAQ website for all Personal Lines agents. This website, available in AgentsOnline, provides a range of helpful information to assist agents in their day-to-day business with Western National, including information on our personal lines products, guidelines, processes, and more. It is an especially useful tool for agents who are new to writing personal lines business with Western National. Using this website, new agents have the opportunity to learn about Western National at their own pace.

 

A couple of the features available on this new website include:

  • Easy-to-follow tutorials for common tasks in Western National’s systems, such as getting a quote and processing a payment. These tutorials provide step-by-step instructions with visuals to help guide an agent through our system.
  • FAQs that help agents get a quick answer to common questions
