Congratulations to Michelle Heuer, Western National Insurance Group’s 2023 Customer Experience Person of the Year

At our Group’s Annual Meeting in March (held in Edina, Minn. and virtually), we recognized Michelle Heuer, Director – Product Development, with this year’s Customer Experience Person of the Year Award. Throughout her thirty-two-year career at Western National, Michelle has continually gone above and beyond by providing a truly exceptional customer service experience to all customers with whom she interacts.
