New Today – Updated Policy and Claims Search in AgentsOnline

We’re pleased to announce a streamlined search bar for accessing your customers’ Policy and Claims details, available starting today in AgentsOnline. This new feature lets you search for Policy and Claims information for both personal and commercial lines with a single search bar located on the AgentsOnline homepage. This results in fewer clicks and faster-loading search results, saving you time when accessing your customers’ Western National data.

This AgentsOnline update is based on feedback we’ve received over the past year from system users like you. In addition to the improved search function, it also includes updates to the look-and-feel of the Policy and Claims detail areas and the new ability to access policy forms directly from the Policy details section for each customer. You can view a User Guide for conducting a Policy and Claims details search here. Please note, for the best performance, we suggest using AgentsOnline in a modern web browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Safari, Opera, or Firefox).
