New Today – Updated Billing Search in AgentsOnline and Internet Explorer Deprecation
We’re pleased to announce that we have launched an update to the search bar located on the AgentsOnline homepage. We have also officially completed our Internet Explorer deprecation plan.
With this update, we have expanded the search function to include Billing information, enabling you to search for all your direct bill personal lines and commercial lines policyholders from one location. This results in fewer clicks and faster search results, saving you time when accessing your customers’ Umialik data.
The new Billing search function will operate in the same way that the Policy and Claims search functions currently operate. You will enter the policyholder name into the search bar, select the correct customer from the displayed search results, then click the “Billing” button, and select the bill account you wish to view. Below is a Personal Lines example.
For our Commercial Lines agency bill and Surety partners: new, dedicated buttons have been added to the menu for your billing needs in the “Other Actions” section on the AgentsOnline homepage. Under the “Commercial Lines” header, there is a new “View Agency Bill” button, and under the “Surety” header, there is a new “View Surety Bill” button.
Internet Explorer Deprecation
With the rollout of the Billing search function update, we will no longer support AgentsOnline in Internet Explorer and will require users to log in via a modern internet browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari. Beginning today, anyone attempting to log in to AgentsOnline will be redirected to the page seen below.
