Updated Policy and Claims Search in AgentsOnline

Based on feedback we’ve received over the past year from system users like you, we have implemented updates to the look-and-feel of the Policy and Claims detail areas in AgentsOnline and streamlined the way you search for your customer’s Policy and Claims. You can now search for Policy and Claims information for both personal and commercial lines with a single search bar located on the AgentsOnline homepage. This results in fewer clicks and faster-loading search results, saving you time when accessing your customers’ Western National data.

 

In addition to providing the improved search function and updated design, we have also made it possible for you to access policy forms directly from the Policy details section for each customer. You can view a User Guide for conducting a Policy and Claims details search here.
