Western National’s 2022 Annual Agency Survey

Earlier this summer, we sent out our annual Agency Survey that asks about your satisfaction with our Group’s service in areas such as underwriting, claims, customer service, communications, and more. This year we saw a significant increase in our Net Promoter Score (NPS). We also received many comments from our agency partners, for which we are grateful as always! These comments allow for continuous improvement across all areas of our business. Thank you for your participation and feedback.

The Power of Nice

Earlier this year, we launched our new advertising campaign – “The Power of Nice.” This campaign includes TV, radio, and print ads which are running in limited markets throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin.

 

”Nice” is a powerful thing. And nice has a ripple effect that is felt throughout our business – from the customer experiences we provide to the relationships we foster with policyholders, agency partners, and our employees.
