Results from Our Latest Agency Survey - Continued Focus on the Customer Experience:

This year in our annual agency survey, we added a question asking about the customer service we have provided to you, our valued agency partners, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Just over 96% of you said that service has either remained the same or improved.

 

We appreciate the tremendous, and ongoing, efforts and contributions of our employees across the group and the commitment and understanding that our agency partners have shown. While this year has been challenging and disruptive, our number one goal remains providing exceptional service to our customers.
