Western National’s 2023 Annual Agency Survey

Earlier this summer, we sent out our annual Agency Survey that asks about your satisfaction with our Group’s service in areas such as underwriting, claims, customer service, communications, and more. We were pleased to see an increase in our Net Promoter Score (NPS). This year over 50% of our agency partners who responded to the survey rated our customer service above average. We also received helpful commentary about our technology, which reinforced many system features and processes that we are actively working to address. These comments allow for continuous improvement across all areas of our business. Thank you for your feedback and participation!
