Earlier this year, we were able to launch cross-browser compatibility across the AgentsOnline site. With the release of cross-browser compatibility, all AgentsOnline users can now access the site with the web browser of their choice (including Google Chrome, Apple Safari, or Mozilla FireFox) rather than being limited to just specific versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Did you know that Western National offers access to adjuster notes for select, recent claims? When you log into AgentsOnline and select the “View Claims” button at the top of the homepage, you will be brought to the “Claims Search” page where you can quickly search and locate the claim you’d like to explore. A “Claim Summary” section is conveniently located at the top of the claim detail page and will provide access to claim information at a glance. Financial details are also included underneath the summary in easy-to-navigate expandable sections. For a limited group of claim types – i.e., recent Workers’ Compensation claims and Auto Physical Damage claims – any available adjuster notes will appear on this page as well.
Have you visited our Marketing Materials Library on AgentsOnline? The Marketing Materials Library provides easy access to Western National flyers, brochures, and other various marketing materials. You can narrow down your search using the four drop-down menus under the search bar. You can also type the name or number of the document you are searching for into the search bar. The search feature also includes an ‘auto-complete’ function so you can see matching search terms as you type.
The Marketing Materials Library can be accessed by clicking on the “Marketing Materials” link under the “Other Resources” header on the homepage of AgentsOnline.
We’ve made updates to our searchable Personal Lines Forms Library and Commercial Lines Form Library. These searchable forms libraries give you the ability to easily view and download Personal Lines and Commercial Lines forms, supplemental applications, and questionnaires. The updates offer simpler filtering and sorting capabilities, and full form titles are now displayed in the search results to help you find forms more efficiently. Plus, search results are mobile-friendly.
You can access both libraries using the “Find Coverage Forms” links under the “View Documents & Forms” header on the homepage of AgentsOnline. Our Personal Lines Onboarding website provides a range of helpful information to assist agents in their day-to-day business with Western National, including information on our Personal Lines products, guidelines, processes, and more. It is an especially useful tool for agents who are new to writing Personal Lines business with Western National. Using this website, new agents have the opportunity to learn about Western National at their own pace.

Agents who are new to writing Personal Lines business with Western National also receive a link to the website in the “Welcome” email they receive from the Regional Agency Manager for their territory.
