Congratulations to Katie Anderson, Western National’s 2021 Customer Experience Person of the Year

At our Group’s Annual Meeting in March (held virtually for the first time ever), we recognized Katie Anderson with this year's Customer Experience Person of the Year Award. Katie joined Western National in 2015 as HR Coordinator and was promoted to HR Analyst – Payroll/Benefits in 2019. Katie has been described as diligent, dependable, and extremely patient and kind by her co-workers. Throughout her career at Western National, Katie has been commended for her accountability, dedication, and commitment to helping others. We are thrilled to have been able to present Katie with this year's Customer Experience Person of the Year Award.
