Congratulations to Dave Dickson, Western National Insurance Group’s 2022 Customer Experience Person of the Year

At our Group’s Annual Meeting in March (held in Edina, Minn. and virtually), we recognized Dave Dickson with this year’s Customer Experience Person of the Year Award. Dave is a Senior Claims Representative at Umialik Insurance, a member of the Western National Insurance Group. Throughout his fifteen-year career at Umialik, Dave has continually gone above and beyond by providing a truly exceptional customer service experience to all customers who cross his path.
