We have updated the way our agents receive reports from AgentsOnline. Reports will now generate within AgentsOnline and will be available immediately for downloading, saving, and/or printing instead of being sent via email.
To generate a report in AgentsOnline, click the “Reports” button. Then on the “Reporting” page, choose the report type and fill in the required information. After clicking the “Generate report” button, the report will generate and be available on the same page. The report can then be downloaded or printed immediately.
